Magure Achieves ISO 42001 Certification, Advancing Responsible, Enterprise-Ready AI for Our Customers and Partners

10/02/2026 / Akhil Koka, CEO, Magure

Innovation is only meaningful when it is built on trust.

AI is reshaping how organizations operate, compete, and grow. From automation to decision intelligence, AI is unlocking new possibilities across industries. But with this rapid progress comes a clear responsibility: to ensure that AI systems are governed ethically, transparently, and securely.

Today, on behalf of the Magure family, I am proud to share that Magure has achieved ISO 42001 certification, the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). This milestone reflects Magure’s deep commitment to responsible AI and reinforces the trust our customers and partners place in us, trust built not only on innovation, but on the confidence that our AI solutions are secure, trustworthy, and responsibly designed. With this certification, Magure is among the early enterprises in the UAE, and among a select few organizations globally- recognized for implementing ISO 42001 across enterprise AI systems, including advanced, agent-based and autonomous AI workflows.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). The standard sets out requirements for designing, implementing, managing, and continually improving an AI-based management system within an organization.

How Global ISO Standards Support UAE AI Governance and Regulatory Compliance

As a UAE-based AI company, Magure’s ISO/IEC 42001 certification also aligns closely with the region’s broader vision for responsible and trusted AI adoption. The governance, accountability, and risk-management principles embedded in ISO/IEC 42001 reflect the expectations set by initiatives such as the UAE National AI Strategy 2031, DIFC’s data protection framework, and Dubai’s AI security policies, helping ensure enterprise AI systems are designed, governed, and scaled with transparency, accountability, and long-term resilience at their core.

Magure’s ISO certifications complement the principles outlined in key national and regional initiatives, including:

By aligning internationally recognized ISO standards with these regional frameworks, Magure enables enterprises operating in the UAE and beyond to adopt AI systems that are secure, well-governed, and designed for long-term trust

Why ISO 42001 Is Critical for Enterprise AI Adoption

As AI adoption accelerates, many organizations are moving from experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment. This shift brings new challenges, including:

  • Managing risks associated with automated decisions

  • Ensuring compliance with evolving regulations

  • Protecting data integrity and privacy

  • Building trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders

ISO 42001 provides a globally recognized framework to address these challenges. It gives enterprises the confidence that their AI systems are being developed and operated under clear governance, strong controls, and responsible practices.

What ISO 42001 Certification Means for Our Customers and Partners

Achieving ISO 42001 certification demonstrates that Magure’s platforms, processes, and governance frameworks meet rigorous international standards.

For our customers and partners, this translates into:

Trusted AI Deployments: Our solutions are built on processes that prioritize transparency, accountability, and risk management at every stage.

Enterprise-Grade AI Governance: From model development to deployment and monitoring, AI systems are managed under a structured, auditable governance framework.

Compliance-Ready AI: Our approach helps organizations align with emerging global AI regulations and standards.

Scalable, Responsible Innovation: Customers can adopt AI at scale while maintaining strong ethical and operational controls.

How Magure Applies ISO 42001 Principles to Enterprise AI Platforms

With ISO/IEC 42001 certification, Magure integrates responsible AI practices at the heart of MagOneAI, a unified, end-to-end agentic AI platform designed to build, deploy, and manage autonomous AI applications across enterprise workflows- ensuring governance, transparency, and accountability are embedded at every stage of the enterprise AI lifecycle.

For MagOneAI, ISO 42001 principles are operationalized through:

  • Defined AI accountability and oversight, with clear ownership of autonomous agents, workflows, and outcomes to ensure responsible operation in enterprise environments

  • Transparency into agent behaviour and decision pathways, providing visibility into how AI applications operate, interact with data, and execute actions across business processes

  • Policy-driven controls and guardrails, enabling organizations to define and enforce acceptable AI behavior, usage boundaries, and operational constraints

  • Continuous monitoring and performance oversight, supporting early detection of unintended behavior, performance degradation, or operational risk as agentic systems scale

  • Risk identification and mitigation, addressing ethical, operational, and compliance risks associated with autonomous execution and data-driven decision-making

  • Audit-ready documentation and reporting, ensuring traceability of AI configurations, actions, and lifecycle changes in line with responsible AI management requirements

  • Lifecycle governance and continuous improvement, enabling responsible updates, retraining, and evolution of agentic AI systems over time

This allows enterprises to scale AI confidently while maintaining oversight, compliance, and operational control.

The same responsible AI approach extends across the broader Magure ecosystem. MagLabs provides a structured environment for developing and operationalizing AI use cases under consistent governance practices, while MagVisionIQ applies these principles to computer vision deployments in real-world settings.

Together, these platforms provide  enterprises with a transparent, accountable, and responsibly managed foundation for scaling AI from early experimentation to fully operational, production-grade systems.

Moving Forward with Responsible, Enterprise-Ready AI

As AI moves from experimentation to core business operations, enterprises need systems that are governed, transparent, and built for real-world scale.

Magure’s focus is on advancing responsible, well-governed AI foundations, helping organizations adopt and scale AI with confidence, accountability, and long-term trust.
