As a Senior Technical Product Manager – AI Products, you will play a critical role in defining, shaping, and delivering AI-enabled products by working closely with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
This role requires strong product ownership, technical understanding, and execution capability, especially in AI-powered platforms and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Strategy
• Define product vision, roadmap, and scope aligned with business and client objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear product goals, milestones, and success metrics.
• Conduct requirement discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure clarity of requirements for frontend, backend, and AI/ML teams.AI & Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with AI/ML, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Understand and define workflows for AI-enabled solutions such as:
• Face detection / recognition
• Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
• OCR and document intelligence
• LLM-based systems (RAG, chatbots, search)
• Define system-level expectations including accuracy, latency, scalability, and reliability.Execution & Delivery Management
• Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple projects or modules• Actively unblock teams by providing clarity on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary product point of contact for clients.
• Present product updates, demos, and roadmap discussions confidently.
• Manage expectations, scope changes, and delivery commitments effectively.
• Align internal teams with client priorities and business outcomes.Continuous Improvement & Learning
• Monitor product performance using data, feedback, and usage insights.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative enhancements.
• Stay updated with trends in AI products, LLMs, and digital platforms.
• Contribute to improving product management processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst.
Prior experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, PRD & BRD creation.
Good understanding of frontend–backend architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
Conceptual understanding of AI/ML systems, including CV, OCR, and LLM-based solutions.
Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
Ability to independently manage execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to guide development teams by providing technical and functional clarity (not hands-on coding).
Good to Have
Prior background in software development or hands-on coding experience.
Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with platform-based or scalable AI products.
