Product Marketing Specialist
Magure is a UAE-based enterprise AI company. Our platform, MagOneAI, is an enterprise AI agent operating platform that helps large organisations build, orchestrate, deploy, monitor and govern AI agents and AI workflows in production.
We sell to enterprise and government decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Heads of Data and AI, and digital transformation leaders across the UAE, wider Middle East and global markets. Our marketing function is small, fast-moving and directly tied to pipeline.
This is a product marketing role. You will own how MagOneAI is positioned, messaged and explained to enterprise buyers, and you will be close enough to the product to do that with credibility.
Product marketing is the core of the job. Content is how a lot of that work reaches the market, so you should be a strong writer who is comfortable producing the assets your own positioning calls for. If you want to be purely a content writer, this is not the right role. If you want to own the story of a product and then make sure it lands, it is.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Positioning and messaging (core)
- Own messaging and positioning for MagOneAI features, modules and use cases, tuned for enterprise and government buyers
- Translate technical platform capability into clear business outcomes: faster AI deployment, reduced operational risk, governance readiness, model flexibility, cost efficiency
- Build and maintain the messaging framework, value propositions and proof points the whole team writes from
- Develop industry use-case narratives across banking, government, healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing and other regulated sectors
Launches and go-to-market
- Run product and feature launches end to end: launch narrative, positioning, feature pages, release announcements, internal enablement
- Work directly with product and engineering to stay ahead of the roadmap and shape how new capability is presented to market
- Define target buyer, message and channel for each launch, then measure whether it landed
Competitive and market intelligence
- Track the competitive landscape: AI orchestration platforms, agent frameworks, hyperscaler AI stacks and regional players
- Maintain battlecards, comparison pages and objection handling material that sales actually uses
- Feed market and buyer insight back into product and GTM decisions
Sales enablement
- Produce sales-facing assets: one-pagers, pitch narratives, solution briefs, demo talking points, RFP content blocks
- Support customer case studies from interview notes through to published story
- Keep enablement material current as the product and positioning evolve
Content (supporting the above)
- Write the content that carries your positioning: thought leadership, whitepapers, solution pages, product and feature web copy
- Brief and quality-check content produced by others against the messaging framework
- Support SEO and AI-search visibility through content briefs, on-page optimisation and refreshes
- Repurpose core narratives into LinkedIn, email, webinar and event material
- Track content and asset performance in HubSpot, and report on what is influencing pipeline
What We Are Looking For
Must have
- 1 to 4 years in product marketing or B2B tech marketing, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, AI or deep tech
- Demonstrated positioning or messaging work, not only content execution. Be ready to show a product or feature you helped position and explain your reasoning.
- Strong written English with the ability to write cleanly for a senior business audience
- Genuine curiosity about AI and enterprise technology, and the ability to learn a technical product quickly
- A portfolio of published work: messaging documents, web or product copy, whitepapers, blogs or case studies
Good to have
- An engineering, computer science or technical degree, or equivalent technical grounding
- Exposure to AI, ML or data platforms, or experience marketing to CIO/CTO-level buyers
- Experience supporting a product launch end to end
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, and basic analytics
- Familiarity with Middle East or global enterprise markets
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1: Fluent in what MagOneAI does, who we sell to and how we compare to alternatives. First messaging draft and first sales asset delivered.
- Month 3: Owning positioning for at least one product area. First feature launch supported end to end. Battlecards live and in use by sales.
- Month 6: Messaging for multiple product areas is yours. Sales pulls your assets into live deals without being asked. Measurable growth in organic traffic and content-influenced pipeline.
Why This Role
- Direct reporting line to the Head of Marketing, with real ownership from day one rather than layers of approval
- Enterprise AI is where the market is moving, and you will be marketing a production platform, not a concept
- Exposure to global enterprise and government accounts across the UAE, GCC and international markets
- A small team where your work is visible, measured and tied to revenue
