Magure is seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling modern web applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Drive technical discussions, best practices, and code reviews to maintain high standards.
Application Architecture:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient application architectures.
Make strategic technical decisions, ensuring system scalability, security, and performance.
Use Azure-based tools like Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
Database Management & Optimization:
Design and manage MongoDB schemas and ensure database efficiency and performance.
Write complex queries, optimize database usage, and troubleshoot issues to enhance data handling.
Frontend Development:
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Utilize front-end best practices and ensure performance optimization across devices.
API Development & Integration:
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable robust data communication between the front-end and back-end.
Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed to expand application functionality.
Problem Solving & Debugging:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently in both existing and new applications.
Utilize debugging and performance-tuning skills to optimize application efficiency.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
Stay up to date with industry trends, the latest MERN stack advancements, and emerging technologies.
Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer with in-depth knowledge of
MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture, as well as RESTful API design.
Experience with responsive design, front-end optimization, and best practices in React.
Proficiency with database management and query optimization in MongoDB.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
