Role Overview:
The Lead – Product & Technology Solutions will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. This individual will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, define business and technical roadmaps, and guide internal teams in building scalable, high-performing solutions. The role demands a balance between hands-on technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
Translate client requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical roadmaps.
Provide end-to-end technical solutions — from architecture to deployment — for web, mobile, and AI-based applications.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, AI/ML, and DevOps.
Evaluate and recommend the right tools, frameworks, and technologies for each project.
Participate in architecture design sessions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with project managers and business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Provide guidance on AI/ML integration, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable, long-term solutions.
Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, helping them understand the technological feasibility and approach behind the product.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in full-stack development with exposure to backend (Node.js,
Python, Django, Flask) and frontend (React.js, Angular, Next.js) technologies.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and industry tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.).
Experience in building and deploying products end-to-end — from concept to production.
Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and API integration.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct technical discussions, and align business and technical goals.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to MLOps, data engineering, and model optimization.
Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Prior experience in handling multi-stakeholder projects and team coordination.
Experience in pre-sales or technical consulting is a plus.
