What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain user-facing web applications and backend services
Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
Develop and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs, business logic, and data access layers
Integrate with internal and external systems (authentication, payments, third-party APIs)
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues across the stack
Write automated unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and engineers in agile delivery setups
Contribute to technical documentation and smooth feature handovers
What You Bring
Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
Backend experience with at least one stack:
Node.js / Express
Java / Spring Boot
.NET
Python / FastAPI / Django
Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs / GraphQL
Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL
Familiarity with ORMs or query builders
Comfortable using Git and collaborative development workflows
Ability to understand requirements, estimate effort, and communicate trade-offs clearly
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
Proven delivery of at least one production-ready full-stack application or major feature
Experience working in team-based environments using modern engineering practices
(code reviews, branching strategies, issue tracking, agile methods)
Good to Have (Big Plus)
Experience with cloud-native deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
Awareness of web security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) and caching strategies
Experience with performance optimization (frontend & backend)
Exposure to monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, cloud tools)
Experience translating design systems into reusable UI components
