We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building, scaling, and evolving modern product-grade web applications with embedded AI capabilities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and business stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with long-term product vision and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Take ownership of features from concept to production.Technical Leadership
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven environment.
• Participate in and drive technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Promote best practices in code quality, performance, and security.Application Architecture & System Design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient application architectures.
• Make strategic technical decisions to support long-term scalability, model performance, and system reliability.
• Design and integrate AI/ML-powered features such as LLM workflows, embeddings, semantic search, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation into production applications.
• Work with Azure-based AI and cloud services to deploy, orchestrate, monitor, and optimize AI-enabled solutions.Database Management & Optimization
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas to support application requirements.
• Write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues to ensure efficient data handling.Frontend Development
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Implement frontend best practices for performance optimization and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.API Development & Integration
• Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for smooth communication between frontend, backend, and AI-enabled systems.
• Integrate third-party services, external APIs, and AI model endpoints to extend application functionality.
• Build and maintain backend workflows for model inference, prompt orchestration, vector search, and intelligent data pipelines.Problem Solving & Debugging
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across new and existing applications.
• Apply debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning techniques to improve system efficiency.Continuous Improvement & Learning
• Stay updated with industry trends, MERN stack advancements, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using MERN Stack.
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, with the ability to build end-to-end production applications.
Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture, RESTful API design, and how AI/ML components are integrated into application workflows.
Experience with responsive design, frontend optimization, and React best practices.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB database management and query optimization.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and models, including model integration, prompt engineering, inference workflows, evaluation, and deployment within production applications.
Exposure to LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, AI APIs, or ML inference pipelines, and understanding of model limitations, observability, and performance considerations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Good To Have:
Experience with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with AI-enabled services, vector databases, model deployment platforms, or intelligent application features.
