AI/ML Intern

Roles & Responsibilities
Data collection & preprocessing
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with the team to preprocess data and create structured datasets.
Model development & testing
- Contribute to developing machine learning models under the guidance of senior developers.
- Help with training, testing, and validating models to improve accuracy and performance.
Algorithm research
- Conduct research on various ML/AI algorithms and suggest potential improvements.
- Stay updated with recent advancements in ML/AI to contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Use Azure-based tools like Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
Documentation & reporting
- Maintain documentation of development processes and model performance.
- Prepare reports summarizing results, findings, and insights for team review.
Continuous learning
- Participate in internal training sessions and team discussions to learn about ML/AI tools and best practices.
- Practice and enhance ML/AI skills by working on minor tasks and self-driven projects.
Education & Skills
Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Science, AI.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of ML algorithms and principles.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of data processing and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
PPO Criteria
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) eligibility will be evaluated based on overall performance throughout the internship. Key parameters include:

- Consistency and ownership of assigned tasks
