At Magure, we’re building intelligent, scalable AI-driven products that solve real enterprise problems. We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer who can bridge AI, automation, and business workflows—someone who enjoys turning complex processes into smart, self optimizing systems.
What You’ll Do
Analyze existing business processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities
Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems
Build and expose APIs (REST / GraphQL) to connect AI models with real-world workflows
Deploy and manage AI/ML models on cloud or on-prem infrastructure
Configure and customize cloud-based AI services for specific business use cases
Validate, test, and productionize automated workflows
Monitor model performance, accuracy, and system reliability
Retrain and optimize models based on evolving data and requirements
Continuously improve automation efficiency and cost-effectiveness
What You Bring
Strong understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning (training, evaluation, deployment)
Proficiency in Python (primary); R or Java is a plus
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms:
Azure AI (Cognitive Services, ML Studio)
AWS (SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition)
Google Cloud AI Platform
Experience with ML & analytics toolsets (MLflow, Spark MLlib, KNIME, Dataiku, RapidMiner)
Solid knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data preprocessing
Strong experience with API integrations, microservices, and webhooks
Comfortable using Git for version control and collaboration
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
Experience Requirements:
5+ years total experience, including:
3–5 years in software development, data science, or process automation
2+ years hands-on experience with ML / AI technologies
Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations
Exposure to business process optimization or automation initiatives
Good to Have (Big Plus)
Experience with Agentic AI and agent-based AI workflows
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
Experience with low-code / no-code AI platforms
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere preferred)
